Service Description

Initial Each individual will receive a 1-2 hour consultation emphasizing your chief complaint and the overall reason that you are seeking an Ayurvedic practitioner. In the session, we will discuss your medical history, your daily regimen and key components to help aid me in getting you to your healthiest self. Ayurveda diagnosis with pulse reading, tongue analysis and constitutional analysis. You will receive a detailed packet outlining diet, lifestyle changes, breathing techniques (pranayama), Subtle body therapy, yoga, at home treatments, advice for fitness, and Ayurvedic herbs if needed. Ayurvedic Consultations are offered to all age groups.
