Satsanga Yoga
Satsang is offered by invitation only and held once per month.
Satsang is a sacred gathering in the company of good-hearted people, where we share traditional yogic and spiritual wisdom through practices such as meditation (dhyāna), pranayama (prāṇāyāma), mantra, yogāsana, and yajña a fire ritual of offering and purification.
It is a space for devotion, learning, and inner stillness.
Through these practices we gently refine the citta (the field of the mind‑heart), calm its vṛttis (the movements and fluctuations of thought), and soften the saṁskāras (impressions and patterns) that shape our experience. In this way, Satsang becomes a supportive environment for clarity, healing, and deeper self‑awareness.

Satsanga Yoga
A Gathering for Healing, Service, and Inner Awakening
In the spirit of Sevā, Satsanga Yoga is offered as a donation‑based gathering with a suggested contribution of $15.00. No one is ever turned away. This space is held for growth, healing, and elevation, and your presence alone is a blessing. If you are able to donate, thank you. If not, you are welcomed with the same warmth and grace.
Julia Katcher (Śrī Pratyangīrā Devī) Sādhikā, Yoginī, guides the practice through the classical limbs of Yoga:
• Āsana (embodied postures)
• Prāṇāyāma (breathwork)
• Mantra (sacred sound)
• Dhyāna (meditation)
Each gathering begins with mindful movement and meditation to unify breath, mind, and body into one fluid current. From this state of inner steadiness, the circle transitions into an introspective satsanga, a space to observe, release, and heal the psychological and emotional patterns that shape daily life.
Through stillness, one discovers true peace.
Through inwardness, one remembers the Self.
This practice offers restoration, clarity, and a glimpse of the bliss that remains untouched beneath life’s chaos.
Julia Katcher (Śrī Pratyangīrā Devī) is a dedicated Sādhikā and Yoginī devoted to awakening through authentic Yogic and spiritual disciplines. Her spiritual journey began at seventeen with unwavering devotion to the Absolute Source, whose presence guides each step of her life and service.

Alongside her Yogic lineage, Julia has completed the Mesa Rites within the Andean Q’ero (Paqo) tradition under the guidance of Angie Fenske, further deepening her connection to Earth medicine, ancestral wisdom, and energy healing.
Her teachings weave mind, body, breath, and spirit, cultivating clarity, stillness, inner strength, and profound remembrance of the Self. Devoted to service and dharma, Julia holds space with reverence, compassion, and the light of lineage.
Bliss is waiting.
May you join me in grace.
