Julia’s training is rooted in years of dedicated study under her teacher, Śrī Subhagananda Nāth, whose guidance opened the doorway into the deeper Yogic sciences and the living heart of tradition. Her background spans Haṭha Yoga, Pātañjala Yoga, the Vedic and Upaniṣadic teachings, Rāja Yoga, and the non dual Śākta Śaiva lineage of Kashmir Kaula.
