- Each 1 hour session is elaborate and knowledge based so you know the why factor of what you are doing. You are also trained from an anatomical perspective so you get to understand your body and how to train specifically to you.

-Each session is based on what you are looking for, whether it’s to lose weight, gain weight, become an athlete, do a specific sport, improve in strength, flexibility or agility, or just to learn how to train in general. I will fine tune your workouts unique to you. This must be enjoyable for you to create longevity.

-Training sessions are offered for ages 12 and up
