Time to Create the Version of Yourself You Always Wanted

This six week program is here to challenge you and bring you into an awareness of what a fitness and healthy eating habit lifestyle looks like. The program is a jumpstart to get you going in the right direction.

This program will have multiple avenues of fitness so whether you have access to a gym or not you will be able to accomplish your goals. I will create three platforms. One with use of equipment, one with use of dumbbells and bands, and one with bodyweight drills. Plus a few fun challenges along the way.

No matter your level if you are willing to put in the work, you can accomplish a lot in six weeks. Due diligence is needed and disciplined effort is a must. 

Take this six weeks and really challenge yourself. I look forward to seeing you work!

Start Date

This program will start on February 6th, 2023.

I don't believe in New Years resolutions, as you should be hitting your goals throughout your year. This will also get you more in shape for that summer time fun.

This six week program only costs you $55.00 (There is a five dollar service fee for processing.) I really want to see everyone succeed and have fun doing it without the stress of finance.
