Follow Up Sessions Alignment Follow up will happen two weeks after you’ve been in daily practice of your new ayurvedic lifestyle and diet regimen. This session is just to see how you are doing and if you have any concerns or questions. This will also help me see if you are progressing in the direction of total health.
