'Whole'listic Athletics is a fitness program oriented for those that want total body wellness or 'Whole'body wellness. Working the body from every angle and making sure to increase strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, balance and stamina. The classes offered are available online and we will eventually include multiple classes per day. Each class is 1 hour long and is self pace so all levels are welcome. If you do the work you WILL see results!
Focused Strength Training
Build a more developed and stronger YOU
A highly focused total body workout incorporating body weighted drills through explosive movements, isolations, and balance. Really diving into the different muscle groups to tone and firm the muscles for definition, striation, and hypertrophy. This class will burn calories, develop lean muscle mass, and aid in weight loss.
