Teaching students boxing and kickboxing techniques and drills on focus mitts, kick pads, heavy boxing bags, focus balls and the uppercut bag. Students will be punching and kicking their way into the best shape of their life. Raise those endorphins while learning how to kick some major booty. Boxing and kickboxing are considered one of the highest caloric burning workouts on the market and both can be easier on the joints. Burning anywhere from 600 to 1,000 calories. Want to learn fight skills, burn calories, build lean muscle, all while having fun doing it? Then Fight. is for you.
